chaos day [again] had 2 j convulsions in the car with claire which freaked the o poor lass out just because they where so sudden,freaked me out as well a little because i normally only get them at nights when realy weary-

then again its been such a harsh [physically] 58 or so hours the build up was there,then hearing that some scums been phoning cllaires daughter whose 7,then add it to claire not driving right up to the door as some non-block resident was complaing about the grass [theres garages for the middle class to rent at ends of our lawn/tree's] so the walk to the claire mobile [with my other car is a broomstick sticker on] was grim,the bank waiting and having to stand still in line for five mins,then flourescents in jacksons,then claire chatting to one of her daugfhters ans daughter was stressed just sick of being at her aunties realy.

then said auntie phoned-

her voice even thru mobile was like buzz saw-

its weird the sensativity i have to plastics on flare-up days-so the longer i spend in car the worse i get-

that was written yesterday and then i collapsed then literally crawled into bed-

but after 12 hours sleep i awoke sun shineing thru gold curtain's

and ok had a couple of collapses but at least some kool things happened today-

another day where i can t find anything,temparatures either to hot or to cold and i feel like i'm getting a full body migraine-

good things about today-

oh,great just got an email from rosie saying that she was'mtrealy interested in participating in the invis group but would rather just spectate which was fine by me.

Things progress as well as ms.

Been doing more sigil's and i ve stillgot to do that one i promised for cleanville of farces mo wanna.

Woke before dawn again with hot sweats/cold sweats,dizzy light headed and floppy-

yeah theres quite a selection there.Made it out to the trafalgar bay last night and at first just felt totally tense.No actually rationalisable reason for it just felt completely apart from all the people there.

The thing is because of the ms and now the micro mal space throughs i am living or reacting in a different way to other people but then started chatting to beautifull dagmar at the bar about crime fiction and i must ve been caught up in her energy becausei went back home to get my rucksack to bring her some books.

even though i was sweat bathed on my return i just felt so much better-
she was telling me how much better i was looking and i was telling her how beautifull she was and praising her cheekbones and silver nail varnish.

bloody weird [again] as just got phone call from carriella saying that someone in a yahoo group that i ve just quit is blaming me for all kinds of sh/t.

as i begin this journal things have been the usual 7 shades of chaos.
